Errata

Despite the author’s best efforts, a small number of typographical errors and accidental omissions were extant in the original publication. While these are minor and do not have any bearing on the manuscript as a whole, the author has, after the fact, made the attempt to correct them. For some early readers, there may be a small number of these errors that could possibly cause mild confusion. These are listed below along with the necessary corrections.
